I would highly recommend Nancy Compton for Past Life Regression Hypnosis. Nancy made me feel extremely comfortable through out the entire process and explained in great detail what I should expect before our session began. Hypnosis is extremely relaxing yet I was surprised by just how sharp the mind is..:. Thoughts and emotions seem much more clear in this state and it was very helpful for me as I work through a couple issues currently in my life. I have been able to reflect back on my session and use the information that I gained to help guide me in my life. I would love to work with Nancy again in the future!! Jessica S.
